Tissue Growth Factors

چکیده

This particular edition is edited by Dr. Maurice Scanlon of Cardiff, a well-known figure in the field, and provides a reasonably comprehensive update of recent progress in neuroendocrinology. Among the chapter topics are the investigation of hypothalmic pituitary disease, current approaches to radiology of the region and medical and surgical management of pituitary adenomas. There is also a chapter on hyperprolactinaemia. The physiology and pathophysiology of gonadotrophin releasing hormone, corticotrophin releasing factor and growth hormone releasing factor and their clinical use are also covered, but it is not surprising that already these review chapters are being left behind by the current explosion of literature on these particular topics.

A Review Study: Effect of Growth Factors on Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells Differentiation into Cartilage Tissue

Hyaline cartilage is a vascular and neural tissue with scanty chondrocytes and limited regenerative ability. After some serious injuries of the cartilage, healing process will take place through the formation of fibrocartilage structures. Currently, tissue engineering and cell therapy are 2 interesting therapeutic fields dealing with regenerative medicine. In this regard, tissue&...

Designing Nanofiber Multilayer Composite Scaffolds and Lyophilized Blood Growth Factors in the Process of Osteogenesis

Background and purpose: Tissue engineering and cell therapy, as promising therapies, provide the opportunity to repair bone lesions and defects. Combined scaffolds, synthetic and natural polymers can provide a suitable structure for differentiation of Wharton Jelly mesenchymal stem cells (WJ-MSCs) into bone. In current study, the effect of lyophilized blood growth factors in promoting the ...

EFFECTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL pH ON THE PRODUCTION OF HEMATOPOIETIC GROWTH FACTORS

Cellular and tissue activities highly depend on environmental pH. Murine lung tissue, when cultured properly in-vitro, is a potent producer of hematopoietic growth factors. We have studied the effect of pH on the production of hematopoietic growth factors and protein synthesis by the murine lung in-vitro. Various concentrations of NaHC03 were used to adjust the pH of the culture medium unde...

Bone Tissue Engineering: a Mini-Review

Despite advances in bone tissue engineering, auto grafts from intra-oral or extra-oral donor sites are still the gold standard for treatment of large craniomaxillofacial defects. Biomaterial development, application of growth factor, and stem cells, open new gateway to bone regeneration studies, but real translation from bench to bedside have not yet happened. In this review article, a number o...

Evaluating the Viability of Adipose Tissue-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Diabetic Culture Media Model

Introduction: In diabetes mellitus, stem cells are exposed to inappropriate conditions such as an increase of glucose in extracellular space, oxidative stress, and deprivation from growth factors (following ischemia). This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of these conditions on stem cells. Methods: Stem cells were isolated from subcutaneous adipose tissue of rats. The cells were maintaine...

Regulation of gene expression in tissue engineering, differentiation and bone regeneration of ossifying stem cells

Cells that make up the bodychr('39')s tissues are usually three-dimensional architecture, the threedimensional culture system enables cells to create natural and in vivo interactions which is an ideal environment for 3D (Three-dimensional) cell growth and issues such as exchange of similar food exchanges inside Capillary in living tissue. In tissue engineering discussion, cell scaffolding is hi...
